Urban Freestyle : Tokyo Throwdown

Brief

These frames were created for a fictional prime-time television dance competition as an assignment for the School of Motion Design Bootcamp. We were tasked with making this feel “sexy” and inspired by the show’s unique location.

SOLUTION

I chose a futuristic direction in which I play off the neon glow of the Tokyo nighttime cityscape.
