CREED III

Brief

Once again I had the pleasure of working with my fine-feathered friends over at Plucky on the main-on-end titles for Creed III. Michael B. Jordan, in his feature directorial debut, wanted a sequence that conveyed the tone and themes of of this latest installment in this storied franchise.

SOLUTION

The winning concept centered around the core idea of reconciliation. Creed III strikes a slightly darker tone and is a narrative of shattered relationships and the attempts to rebuild and reconcile. As such, we wanted to convey this in an abstract environment of fractured visuals.  

Technically Speaking

The Creed III main-on-end title sequence was created in Cinema 4d, Rendered in Redshift, and composited in After Efffects. Final editing was accomplished in Premiere Pro.
